Where will you care for my pet, in my home or yours?
We will care for your pets in your home. This helps maintain their routine and they are more comfortable in
their familiar surroundings.

Will you only care for my pets while we are out of town?
 will care for your pet while you are out of town, but we also available for daily dog walks, checking in on ill,
older or younger pets during the day and pet transportation to the groomer, vet or airport.

How many times a day will you me visit my pets?
If you are out of town, dogs should have a minimum of two visits daily, three is ideal. One visit per day for
cats is usually sufficient.  We do not do every other day cat care. Our insurance will not cover us, if there
were to be a mishap.

How long does each visit last?
All pet sits and dog walks are at least 20 minutes in length.

Do I pay before or after my return?
First time clients pay at initial consultation.  Repeat clients normally pay upon return from trip unless they
have failed to pay on time in the past.

Is special Pricing Available for frequent customers?
We offer Dog Walking Packages at discounted rates if purchased in bulk ahead of time.  Customers may
purchase packages in units of 10, 20, 30 and receive a discount. See our Rates sheet for details.

What are my Key Pick-Up Options?
We will obtain two copies of your house keys during the initial consultation. Most clients will allow us to
retain the keys on file using the Key for Free Program. Clients who choose to use us time and time again
should consider joining our Key For Free Program as we charge $20 for key pick-up and drop-off.

What other services do you provide?
We will pick up newspaper and mail, put out trash for the trash, brush your pet and water plants. We also
alternate lights within the home and will open and close curtains upon request.
