Where will you care for my pet, in my home or yours?
We will care for your pets in your home. This helps maintain their routine and they are more comfortable in
their familiar surroundings.
Will you only care for my pets while we are out of town?
We will care for your pet while you are out of town, but we also available for daily dog walks, checking in on ill,
older or younger pets during the day and pet transportation to the groomer, vet or airport.
How many times a day will you visit my pets?
If you are out of town, dogs should have a minimum of two visits daily, three is ideal. One visit per day for
cats is usually sufficient.
Is special Pricing Available for frequent customers?
We offer Mid-Day Daily Dog Walking Packages at discounted rates if purchased in bulk ahead of time.
Customers may purchase packages in units of 20 and receive a discount. See our Rates sheet for details.
What other services do you provide?
We will pick up newspaper and mail, put out trash, brush your pet and water plants. We also
alternate lights within the home and will open and close curtains upon request.
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes, we are insured through Pet Sitters Associates, LLC.
What should we expect from you?
- We will confirm your schedule before our service begins.
- We will provide a written report of what we did with your pets for each visit.
- Your keys are identified with a number, not a name to ensure your security.
- In the event of inclement weather, we will get to your pet when it is safe to drive.
- Dog Walking Only services are not available on days when Anne Arundel County Public Schools are closed
due to weather.
